What Every Application Needs

📄 Statement of Purpose (SOP)

Your most important document. A 1–2 page essay that tells your academic story: your background, why this program, your research interests, and career goals.

📬 Recommendation Letters

Typically 2–3 letters from professors and/or employers. Request these at least 8 weeks before deadline and provide your referees with your SOP, CV and scholarship brief.

🗂️ Academic Transcripts

Official transcripts from every institution attended. For non-English transcripts, certified translations are required. Some US universities require WES credential evaluation.

Tip: Request official transcripts at least 3 months before your application deadline — processing can take 4–6 weeks.
STUDENT VISAGetting Your Visa After Acceptance
🇬🇧 UK — Student Route Visa
Apply online via UK Visas & Immigration. Requires CAS number from your university, ATAS clearance for some subjects, tuberculosis test, and proof of English. Apply 3 months before start date.
🇺🇸 USA — F-1 Student Visa
Obtain your I-20 form from your university. Pay SEVIS fee ($350). Schedule interview at US Embassy or Consulate. Bring financial proof, admission letter, and SEVIS receipt.
🇩🇪 Germany — National Visa
Apply at German Embassy/Consulate 3 months before start. Required: admission letter, proof of €11,208 in blocked account (Sperrkonto), health insurance, and biometric photos.
